Mr. Lima joined Landmark Management, LLC in 2025 as a member of the Investment Team, where he leads manager research, due diligence, and other investment activities. Mr. Lima joined with 19 years of investment experience, most recently serving as Deputy CIO and Head of Global Private Equity, Real Assets & Co-Investments at Geisinger Health System’s investment office.

Mr. Lima holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and is a CFA® Charterholder.
